KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate inbound/outbound shipment activities and monitor the parts movement of to ensure dock rotation and availability.
  • Oversee the proper processing of daily orders, spreading workload among the warehouse personnel and directing work groups including inbound loads.
  • Preparing and monitoring the methods used for unloading and loading, including proper safety handling procedures.
  • Directing, auditing, and confirming (SOP)s based on warehouse function and ensure warehouse and outside areas are kept clean and neat, depicting a professional image at all times.
  • Ensure thorough training is given to all warehouse personnel and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment.

Skills

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduation or professional qualification in any discipline preferably with 03-05 years of experience in supervisory position.
  • Good IT skills with experience in SAP EWM and ability work with Microsoft office application.
  • Ability in adapting quickly to changing priorities and ability in writing instructions and documented procedures.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
